Security And Data Practices

Seller data is handled by scope, permission, and retention limit.

For engagements involving Seller Central or marketplace data, Cirelay applies access controls and retention practices designed around Amazon SP-API and marketplace data-protection expectations.

Credential management

  • Seller grants role-based access from the marketplace account.
  • Cirelay does not ask sellers to share passwords or MFA codes.
  • Access is reviewed quarterly for ongoing retainers and removed after the engagement ends.
  • Any secrets required for approved integrations are stored encrypted and limited to authorized personnel.

PII and retention

  • Buyer/order PII is used only for authorized account-management tasks.
  • Buyer/order PII is deleted or anonymized no later than 30 days after order delivery when order data is used, unless a longer period is legally required.
  • Non-PII operational records are retained only as long as needed for reporting, support, legal, or security purposes.

Network and device controls

  • HTTPS/TLS is used for web access and data transfer.
  • Administrative access requires MFA where supported.
